Latest Abu Dhabi Airport Jobs in UAE 2021

To contribute to Abu Dhabi Vision 2030 and to become the world’s leading airport group, we must invest in our people and ensure that UAE citizens play a leading role in the organization.

The airport was first conceived in 1974, in response to the government’s plans to modernize the then brand new nation. Abu Dhabi International Airport is spread over an area of 3,400 hectares (8,500 acres). Its terminal spaces are dominated by Etihad Airways, the country’s second flag carrier airline and the second-largest airline in the UAE after Emirates. Construction started by 1979 and the airport was inaugurated on January 2, 1982.

Emirates are preferred

At Abu Dhabi Airports, Emiratization and the recruitment and retention of UAE national talent are essential to our success for our sustainable growth and development plan.

To this end, we have implemented a comprehensive emissions program that extends across the portfolio of our airports and affiliates to a wider range of roles.

Our goal is to achieve a 50% emiration rate by the end of 2015.
Evidence of this commitment is our current emiration status of 63% for our senior management and executive team.

Training

We strengthen Emirates’ presence and contribution to the aviation industry by enabling access to our innovative training framework.

Our Gulf Center for Aviation Studies (GCAS), a center of excellence for airport and aviation training, focuses heavily on developing Emirati capabilities in the aviation sector. GCAS Emirates introduces job opportunities in companies and institutions in the aviation industry.
